Head of research group Computation time on Bonna is shared research-group-wise. You are now requesting access to an additional share. So the head of a research group will need to effectively confirm your access to this share after your form submission (unless you are the head yourself).

Uni-ID of the head of the research group Please provide the Uni-ID of the person you listed above as the head of your research group. Please do not speculate here: If you do not know their ID for sure, please ask the head of your research group first!

Affiliation or institute Please provide here the (lowest-level) affiliation, e.g., the name of the institute that matches with the research group specified above.

Research area Please enter the area, department, or faculty that applies (best) to the research group mentioned above.

Local administrator Please specify the name of a person responsible for HPC or IT topics for the mentioned research group. If you are not aware of any such person, please fill in Unknown.

Consent HRZ regulations I accept the general regulations of the Hochschulrechenzentrum of the University of Bonn.

Consent HPC regulations I accept the interim regulations for use of high performance clusters of the University of Bonn. In particular, I express my awareness regarding my self-responsibility in terms of data.

Consent BAFA Export Control I declare my awareness about the fact that research results which have been obtained by or with the employment of HPC systems may be subject to the European regulations for export control (in German: Exportkontrollvorschriften, see also the Service Portal). I herewidth declare that I have read the EU directive 2021/821 of the European Parliament and the European Council issued at 20th May 2021 including its annexes and later changes (see BAFA Export Control and the references provided under "Regulations"). I assure that I checked the embargo listings provided via this reference (German) respectively via the the EU Sanctions Map. I further declare that I will not violate the current regulations for export control by using the HPC resources of the University of Bonn. In particular, I assure that I will not violate export control regulations when distributing or publishing results that could be used for the purposes described in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter a), I assure that I am not citizen of a country for which a weapon embargo has been issued, or that the results of my research projects are connected to military purposes as specified in Article 4, paragraph 1, letter b), and I assure that the results do not violate embargo regulations.
