DESCRIPTION:Are you completely new to programming\, or switching to Python
  from another language?\n\nDo you want to write scientific code with Pytho
 n?\n\nThen this course is for you!\n\nThis course is intended for people w
 ho start doing scientific computing with Python\, particularly on HPC clus
 ters\, but not limited to those.\n\nThe course will held at least three ti
 mes\, each time over two half-days. Additional course dates may be schedul
 ed depending on the number of registrations.\n\nTopics:\n\n- Running Pytho
 n Code\n- Errors and Debugging\n- Variables and Operators\n- Datatypes\n- 
 Containers\n- if Statements\n- Loops\n- Functions\n- Packages and Modules\
 n- Numpy Arrays and Slicing\n\nRegistration happens via eCampus. Simply jo
 in this course like any other eCampus course. The course will be held at l
