 ode on HPC clusters\, or simply on your laptop?\n\nThis course will teach 
 you some of the Python-related topics beyond the absolute basics of the la
 nguage - things you will likely run into as a scientist using Python.\n\nT
 opics:\n\n- Overview of common frameworks: Numpy\, Scipy\, Pandas\, Pytorc
 h\, Tensorflow\n- What everyone should know about Python performance\n- pi
 p and Conda basics\n- Using pip and Conda on HPC clusters\n- Using GPUs an
 d other system resources\n- Parallel computing with Python\n\nRegistration
  happens via eCampus. The course may be held more than once\, depending on
  presenter availability and number of registrations. It will be held over 
 two consecutive half-days.\n\nIMPORTANT: after registering\, you MUST JOIN
  ONE OF THE GROUPS.
